At Doors-Ireland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new door or hardware doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, uninstalled condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the door or accessories in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Collection

  Due to the size and weight of our products, we will coordinate with our specialized couriers to schedule a convenient pickup time from your location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for damage, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
