What is the standard delivery timeframe for orders within Ireland?
Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 working days for in-stock items. For custom-made or bespoke door designs, lead times can range from 4 to 6 weeks. You will receive a tracking notification once your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you provide professional door installation services?
While Doors-Ireland primarily specializes in the supply of high-quality internal and external doors, we have a network of recommended independent fitters across the country. Please contact our support team for a list of certified professionals in your local area.
How do I ensure I am ordering the correct door size?

What is your return policy if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
We offer a 14-day return policy for all standard, non-customized products, provided they are in their original packaging and have not been hung or trimmed. Please note that bespoke orders and doors that have been altered are non-refundable.
Are your doors pre-finished or do they require painting?
We offer a variety of finishes including fully finished (pre-lacquered), primed (ready for a final coat of paint), and unfinished (natural timber). Each product description clearly states the finish type so you can choose the best option for your project.
Do you offer a warranty on your door products?
Yes, all our doors come with a minimum 10-year manufacturer's guarantee against warping, twisting, or splitting, provided they have been installed and maintained according to our guidelines.
